Before the renovation, the home’s main living area was left with exposed concrete after the existing floor coverings had been removed, revealing an uneven, unfinished surface that made the space feel cold and incomplete. The expansive open-plan layout lacked visual warmth and continuity, while the raw subfloor highlighted the need for a durable flooring solution that could seamlessly connect the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

The transformation introduced premium timber-look hybrid flooring throughout the entire space, creating a continuous flow from one end of the home to the other. The natural oak-inspired tones instantly softened the interior, complementing the crisp white kitchen cabinetry and providing a beautiful contrast against the bold floral feature wall. Each plank was carefully installed to deliver clean sightlines and a consistent finish, enhancing the sense of space while bringing warmth, texture, and timeless character into the home.
