The home’s main living area was stripped back to a bare, unfinished concrete slab, leaving the space feeling cold, gritty, and completely disconnected. Years of living and previous renovations had exposed significant imperfections and required substantial floor preparation before any new surface could be laid.

We installed the Hybrid Natural Spotted Gum flooring from our River Plank Collection throughout the open plan kitchen, dining, and living spaces, creating a seamless and durable flow. These warm, native timber tones instantly softened the environment, bringing necessary texture and a sophisticated ground layer that perfectly complements the crisp white cabinetry and bright, contemporary finishes.
