For this new home, the flooring was an important finishing touch—one that would set the tone for every room and make the space feel truly lived-in. The goal was to introduce warmth and personality while maintaining a clean, contemporary look that works beautifully with the home’s bright white cabinetry, open-plan kitchen, and neutral walls.

The selected timber-look flooring creates a seamless connection throughout the living spaces, bedrooms, and hallways. Its warm natural tones soften the crisp modern interior and give each room a more inviting, grounded feel, turning large open areas into spaces that feel comfortable and welcoming.

The finished result is a home that feels cohesive from the moment you step inside. With carefully detailed edges, transitions, and skirting finishes, the flooring adds the warmth, texture, and sense of quality that transforms a house into a home.

The redesign stripped away the bulky structures to create a beautifully balanced, light-filled environment. We replaced the old corner unit with a sleek, semi-frameless glass shower enclosure highlighted by a stunning, monochromatic feature tile strip. The cramped vanity made way for a floating, timber-grained unit with deep drawer storage, topped with a modern vessel sink and clean chrome tapware. The updated large-format floor tiles and mirror cabinets bounce light seamlessly across the room, delivering a clean, highly functional, and cohesive aesthetic.
